Position Title: Tenure-Track Assistant Professor – Political Science and International Relations
Department: Political Science & International Relations Department
Position Type: Faculty
Qualifications:
- A Ph. D. in Political Science (or a closely related field) is required to be in hand by the beginning of the contract (August 1, 2027)
- An emerging record of scholarship
- Ability to foster student learning, development, and decision making in support of their goals, success, wellness, and needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly and effectively with a diversity of populations
- Empathy and compassion for the experiences of others
