WindEurope

Position description

WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy across Europe. We have over 600 members from across the whole value chain of wind energy.

We are looking for a Project Intern to strengthen our Education and Skills team.

You will support the development of our Careers in Wind platform. You’ll help transform diverse materials into clear, interactive career pathways – supporting the organisation of job profiles, training data, and digital content, and contributing ideas for engaging features such as quizzes and simple AI-powered tools. Your work will help users explore careers in wind quickly and confidently.

You will report to the Head of Education & Skills.

WindEurope is a team of passionate people from all over the globe coming together to make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind and renewable energy.

We are all based at the heart of the European Union in Brussels, Belgium., working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home to facilitate work/life balance.

WindEurope’s culture is built around transparency, wellbeing, and inclusion.

These values are not just aspirational – they are actively embedded in our policies. We promote a proactive growth mindset, encouraging employees to take ownership of their career paths, embrace feedback, and view failure as a learning opportunity.

Teamwork and continuous improvement/learning are key to us: an up and down feedback culture where everyone is encouraged to share ideas and grow in a climate of trust, weekly 1-1 between employees and managers, and internal and external training for which each employee has a yearly budget are part of our DNA.

Main duties and responsibilities:

      • Organise and consolidate existing career-related content into a single, structured system;
      • Support the design and development of new careers webpages, making them engaging and interactive;
      • Curate and organise video content (e.g. Who Works in Wind, Day in the Life, influencer videos);
      • Conduct desk research on training and education opportunities across Europe;
      • Assist in defining job profiles, including skills, responsibilities, and qualifications;
      • Contribute ideas for interactive tools (e.g. quizzes, AI chatbots) to engage users;
      • Gain exposure to employment and education policies.

Mindset and skills qualifications:

Mindset

      • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
      • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
      • A creative mindset with an interest in digital engagement and new technologies;
      • Experience in communications and content creation is a plus;
      • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and climate action.

Experience

      • Master’s degree in education or employment sciences, communications/marketing (or equivalent job experience);
      • Previous professional experience is a plus.

Software

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
      • Know-how of AI tools.

Languages

      • Very good level of English (written and spoken);
      • Any other EU language is a plus.

Offer:

      • Remunerated internship with meal vouchers & reimbursement of public transport;
      • Multicultural/Open-minded and stimulating environment;
      • Hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week from home).

WindEurope is an equal opportunity employer.

The recruitment process is made of a first exchange on the phone followed by one (in person or online) interview with the manager and HR.
