The BE-CEM-MTA section provides turn-key solutions for test, measurement and analysis projects. Our tools have revolved mainly around offerings from NI (LabVIEW, PXI, cRIO). We implement applications and systems built using a selected set of National Instruments and Alliance Members’ products.

Responsibilities

  • Upgrade and maintain validation testbenches and hardware.
  • Design and extend test hardware platform and environment.
  • Design individual test steps for various boards.
  • Design test-bench hardware.
  • Integrate results into a database.
  • Document and support the platform and tests.

Eligibility criteria:

  • You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
  • By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Software Engineer (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
  • Applicants without University degree are not eligible.
  • Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.
