The role serves as a central node for information flow and supports the advancement of the principal’s day-to-day within the strategic growth framework of the organization. Business and/or government background preferred. This role is based in Eurasia Group’s New York office.

Core functions of the job include:

      • Drafting and reviewing principal’s meeting prep materials and coordinating with teams across the firm for relevant inputs on client and policymaker briefings
      • Working with the Office of the President to track and drive follow-up for department’s client engagement and commercial opportunity priorities across all aspects of the business (e.g. advisory, events, media, and any new ventures)
      • Managing post event follow-up and other projects with president’s team and key stakeholders across the firm
      • Facilitating internal processes to ensure principal’s account engagement is addressing client needs
      • Taking the pen on correspondence and discussion documents to advance priorities
      • Project management and execution
      • Ability to help with scheduling coordination and logistics for president’s speaking engagements and meetings as needed

Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in political science, international relations, business management, or another related field
      • At least 5-7 years of work experience in an international affairs, principal support, business management, and/or policymaking environment
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, and an ability to quickly learn new digital tools and databases
      • Exceptional organizational and relationship management abilities, with acute attention to detail and follow-through
      • Experience with event planning and execution (academic, professional, or extracurricular)
      • Knowledge across global political systems, with a keen interest in monitoring daily world news
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong research and synthesis abilities with efficient organizational skills that allow for delivery of high-quality work on deadline
      • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
      • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team that’s constantly adapting to evolving priorities.
      • The constant pursuit of excellence – we seek candidates who, like us, set a high bar and pursue that level relentlessly across everything we do.
      • Familiarity and ease working across multiple geographies and time zones
      • Foreign language proficiency is a plus

Must be eligible for employment in the United States and available to work in Eurasia Group’s New York office

The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
