California credential authorizing instruction in the appropriate area of handicap. Must have English Learner Authorization.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of and ability to implement the subject matter, philosophical, social, and educational concepts relative to the duties and responsibilities listed on the job description.
