Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA)

Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA)

Position description

ADRA is seeking a Chief of Party (CoP) for an anticipated USDA–funded Food for Progress (FFPr) program in Ghana. The program aims to increase agricultural productivity, and expand trade of agricultural products (domestically, regionally, and internationally) through activities that promote
food security and strengthen the trade enabling environment, improve food security, and sustainable good agricultural practices that reduce farmer risk. FFPr focuses on agricultural sectors with end market opportunities that require consistent, science-based food safety and quality measures that support access to, affordability of, and utilization of safe and nutritious food. Our agriculture and food security interventions have reached over two million people in more than 30 years, and we have experience in technology promotion to increase

As CoP, your strategic vision, leadership, and adaptive management will deliver results while expanding ADRA’s position as a leader of agriculture and economic growth programming in Ghana. You will have overall leadership and management responsibility for the implementation of the program and be the key
decision-maker for solving problems and ensuring the success of the program.
