The post-holder must have a postgraduate degree, ideally a doctoral degree, in a relevant topic and experience in epidemiological research using large health datasets on topics including pharmacoepidemiology and non-communicable diseases. The post requires strong data management and quantitative skills with expertise in a common statistical package such as Stata/R. A commitment to multi-disciplinary and collaborative working is also essential. The ideal candidate would have experience using electronic health records for pharmacoepidemiologic research. Further particulars are included in the job description.
