Responsibilities

  • Participate in (virtual) review meetings and present key lessons learned.
  • Support the preparation of annual work plans, budgets, and other programmatic documents.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive M&E plan aligned with UNFPA and KOICA requirements and project log-frame.
  • Develop standardized M&E tools and templates for use across project sites to measure the project results and satisfaction of beneficiaries with project results.

  • Support mid-term and end-of-project evaluations, and performance review exercises.
  • Lead data collection, validation, and analysis to inform project adjustments and learning.
  • Document lessons learned and integrate them into planning and reporting cycles.
  • Represent UNFPA in relevant coordination meetings, workshops, and relevant fora, as assigned.

Education:

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Project/Programme Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health, Statistics, Demography, Social Sciences, or a related field.
