DESCRIPTION:

The Department of Special Education at Nassau BOCES is seeking a Physical Education teacher.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NYSED Certification: Physical Education is required.
  • Ability to adapt curriculum and instruction to meet the individualized needs of students.
  • Knowledge and experience using the Next Generation Learning Standards for Physical Education.

PREFERRED:

  • Strong skills in differentiated instruction/specially designed instruction.

SALARY: As per contract
