Position description

The All-Source Investigator and Analyst is responsible for collecting, integrating, evaluating, and analyzing information from multiple sources to produce actionable intelligence and investigative assessments. This role supports decision-makers by identifying patterns, threats, risks, and opportunities through rigorous research, analytical methodologies, and clear reporting. The position requires strong critical thinking, investigative skills, and the ability to synthesize classified and open-source information into timely, accurate products.

Responsibilities:

      • Conduct comprehensive all-source analysis by integrating information from classified, unclassified, open-source (OSINT), human, technical, financial, and digital sources.
      • Perform investigative research to identify trends, networks, vulnerabilities, threats, and anomalous behavior.
      • Collect, evaluate, and validate information for credibility, relevance, and reliability.
      • Produce high-quality written analytical products, including intelligence reports, threat assessments, investigative summaries, briefs, and presentations.
      • Develop and maintain link analysis, timelines, and analytical models to support investigations and intelligence assessments.
      • Support ongoing investigations by identifying leads, corroborating evidence, and gaps in information.
      • Collaborate with investigators, analysts, law enforcement, legal teams, and operational personnel.
      • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies regarding information handling, privacy, and data protection.
      • Use analytical software, databases, and tools to manage, visualize, and interpret data.

Qualifications

Education

        • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field

Experience

      • 3–7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, investigations, law enforcement, military intelligence, corporate security, or a related analytical role.
      • Demonstrated experience conducting all-source analysis and producing intelligence or investigative reports.

Skills and Competencies

      • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of disparate information.
      • Proven investigative skills, including source evaluation, hypothesis development, and evidence-based analysis.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief complex topics clearly and concisely.
      • Proficiency in OSINT collection techniques and research methodologies.
      • Experience with analytical tools such as link analysis, data visualization, and case management systems.
      • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-tempo or sensitive environments.
      • Sound judgment, discretion, and adherence to ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications

      • Active TS/SCI with CI poly.
      • Experience with intelligence databases, analytical platforms, or investigative software.
      • Familiarity with counterintelligence, counterterrorism, cyber threats, financial crime, or geopolitical analysis.
Work Environment & Conditions

      • Will require handling sensitive or classified information.
      • May involve irregular hours, deadlines, or surge requirements depending on operational needs.
      • Work location will be USG facilities and limited remote.
