Position description

Signum Global Advisors, the leading geopolitical risk and macro advisory firm, is looking for a US East Coast-based US domestic political analyst to produce written research and advise clients on US legislative and executive branch political and policy dynamics and developments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Produce written analysis on US political and policy dynamics and developments.
  • Advise clients in written and verbal form, virtually and in person, on said-matters.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of Signum’s US politics-related events.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of – and ideally experience with – US domestic politics.
  • 3-7 years experience in government, government relations, or political/policy advisory roles.
  • Ability to think clearly and decisively about complex problems with limited information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ease working under time pressure.
  • Self-starting attitude; desire to work hard even under limited supervision.
  • Openness to continuous feedback.
  • An understanding of, and appreciation for, financial and/or corporate client environments.
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
