The successful candidate will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who can work well across a range of teams, producing dynamic multimedia content and leading and coordinating outreach work so that we are inspiring change and communicating effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Produce multimedia content linked to Young Champions, other youth-focused campaigns as well as various additional initiatives.
- Lead implementation of the Young Champions project.
- Support other campaigns and initiatives as needed.
- Creating content in support of the partnerships with high-net-worth individuals.
Requirements:
- Advanced university degree in journalism, communication, international relations, social sciences or other related field, or a first university degree with an additional two years of qualifying experience is required.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in public information, communication, programme management or related field is required.
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
- For this post, excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of another UN language is desirable.
