Job Role: Assistant Financial Counsellor
- Training and Community Engagement:
- Deliver training programs to beneficiaries within the assigned block to improve their financial literacy and skills.
- Conduct daily field visits to villages for community mobilization, deliver training sessions, and achieve final linkage outcomes.
- Build positive rapport and work closely with key local stakeholders like PRI members, community influencers, and financial service providers.
- Support and Coordination:
- Assist the DC in coordinating project activities and achieving block-level targets.
- Support the DC in conducting regular field visits to check the quality of training, understand the program’s impact on the ground, and audit data recorded in the MIS portal.
- Immediately report any issues and challenges observed in the field to the DC.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting, including uploading and validation on RBI’s Online CFL Project portal and the organization’s MIS system.
- Contribute to comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to all agreed protocols during implementation
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in community outreach and mobilization roles
Skills:
- Comfortable with the use of smartphones and knowledge of mobile applications such as WhatsApp and Facebook.
- Openness to learning and working as a good team member.
- Demonstrates the highest standards of work ethics and integrity.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of local languages is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the block and conduct fieldwork
Requirements:
Own motorcycle/scooter and a valid driving license
